I was wondering what therapies my lovely readers have tried in their plight to understand and manage or even eliminate that Anxiety.
I see a lot of clients who have tried CBT therapy, hypnotherapy, talking therapies and many more in the past and although the strategies work for a short time, the characteristics of anxiety very quickly return when a traumatic or life event happens. This then sends people spiralling into old negative thinking patterns and those old behaviour patterns.
I wonder if you will share with me your experiences of this dilemma...
