I qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor from The University of Salford and have since added a plethora of therapy and support skills to my tool kit.  I specialise in Trauma Therapy, working with Phobias, Shame and Attachment issues and Anxiety and Depression.

I am the creator of 'The Candy Floss Effect Technique', which has been developed over many years of practice and which I am very proud of...

I have more than 20 years of experience in delivering Coaching and Psychotherapy support to families, groups and individuals experiencing challenges posed by anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked in educational settings, within child sexual exploitation teams, with marginalised groups and charity organisations.

I have incorporated Person Centred Counselling, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Guided Imagery and Life Coaching into my practice.

I am recognised as a BUPA provider and therefore will be available to work with you under the terms and conditions of your BUPA Health Insurance.
